SHIPPING

We only ship via USPS. Standard shipping or on some items we offer priority upgrade.

Tracking information will be emailed to you when item is shipped.

Priority upgrade includes up to $100.00 insurance.

Items will only ship after we have received COMPLETED payment notification.

If your order contains both ready to ship and made to order items, your items will ship together at the time frame given for the made to order item.

Ready to ship items will usually ship within 2-3 business days.  Made to order items will normally ship within 5-7 business days.  Please read each listing for more precise shipping times for each item.

Currently we only ship within the United States.

For items that are returned to us as undeliverable:

If the reason for the package return is due to our error, we will reship for free.  If the reason for the 
return is customer provided information was incorrect, We will reship ONLY after additional postage 
is paid for by customer along with updated delivery address.

Please understand: Once we print the shipping label with the address provided by you the customer, WE are not in control of why or how the post office determines when a package is undeliverable and returned to us.

With All My Heart Creations is NOT responsible for items stolen once the USPS has marked delivered. Please contact your local mail carrier to verify delivery was indeed made to the correct address. In the event it is determined the package was stolen after delivery, PLEASE contact your local police department and file a report with them.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please contact us BEFORE returning any item to us.  We would like to try to make things right for you.  If you still wish to return an item to us, we require notification within 48 hours of delivery.  Item must be return postmarked to us within 5 business days of delivery to customer.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. We will refund the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee and any shipping/handling fees.  Any refund will be credited back to form of payment used to make the original purchase.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.
ALL return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  This includes tracking, insurance or any other costs incurred by customer to return the purchase to With All My Heart Creations.

Refunds WILL NOT be issued until the physical item is received by us in the new / unused condition it was originally sent to the customer.

In the event an item is broken or damaged during shipping,,  PLEASE take pictures of ALL packaging.
When you contact us please be sure to include all information about your order along with delivery information.  Pictures and anything else you feel would help us file a claim with USPS.
